The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) agency announced on Jan. 9 that it would be increasing the fees for premium processing of multiple USCIS forms. This increase relates to The USCIS Stabilization Act, which empowers the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to adjust premium processing fees every two years to account for inflation.
