Attorney Kimberly Harrison is a partner and co-founder of Harrison Alo, Attorneys at Law. Kimberly is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio, where she has been a member of the bar since November 2003.
Kimberly holds both a Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University’s Moritz College of Law and a Master of Business Administration degree from OSU’s Fisher College of Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Finance. As an undergraduate at Valparaiso University, Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, majoring in Business Management with minors in International Business and Global Studies, as well as Theology.
Over the years, Kimberly has helped hundreds of individuals obtain employment-based visas, family-based visas, green cards, and citizenship. She has represented clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of Labor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Through her expertise with a diverse range of clients and cases, Kimberly has developed a strong reputation in the legal community as an attorney who is extremely competent, highly-specialized, professional, and personable. Chris has been working at Harrison-Donaldson for over 4 years and works closely with Kimberly on an array of Immigration matters. Chris regularly provides advice on a full range of employment and family based immigration law services to businesses and individuals including, but not limited to, EB1, EB2 & EB3 filings, Labor Certification & PERM processing, I-140 & I-485 filings, EAD & Advance Parole, H1B petitions, Amendments and extensions, L1A & L1B, K1 & K3 visas, I-130 & I-485 filings, removal of conditions and hardship waivers. Chris also has considerable experience drafting detailed responses to RFE's, NOID's and DOL PERM audits to ensure a successful outcome is achieved in every case.

Chris is originally from the UK where he qualified as an Attorney in 2004. Chris worked at one of the UK leading insurance litigation firms, as a Defendant Personal Injury Attorney where he achieved considerable success defending unwarranted law suits. During this time, Chris learnt to listen to client's needs and provided succinct legal advice to help clients achieve their goals.

After coming to the U.S. Chris worked in- house at Abercrombie and Fitch where he dealt with a variety of Immigration related matters. Desiring to become a U.S. Attorney, Chris took and passed the Wisconsin Bar exam, where he has been a member of the bar since 2013.

Being a foreign national Chris has first-hand knowledge of the Immigration process and understands the need for comprehensive and effective legal services. Chris provides a quick turn-around of cases to ensure there is no delay in moving forward and is regularly complimented by clients for his rapid response time.
